Directions to Downe Farm

Post code EX16 8QF 
​Head to the Devon Link Road (Junction 27 from M5 motorway and head take link road towards Tiverton)
Directions from the North Devon Link Road
  • Take ‘Stonelands Cross’ junction signposted Nomansland/ Templeton/ Rackenford (this is the first Rackenford sign coming from Tiverton, and is the 3rd Rackenford sign coming from North Devon)
  • Turn right at the T Junction
  • After 100 yards or so take first left ‘Nomansland’
  •  After 2.5miles take the third right Elworthy Cross (at top of hill, there will be gypsies parked on side of road)
  • Take 2nd right at Downe Cross (this lane is on the right as the road bends sharp left)
  • Downe Farm is 400 yards on right hand side (signpost at end of drive)
