Tim is now training out of the saddle and into his trainers with Katie of KCFitness. Katie has been working with Tim to improve his cardiovascular fitness as well as strength and flexibility, paying special attention to core stability, which is an essential strength to have as a rider. This is already having a really positive effect on him as a rider, as well as improving the performance of the horses.
